Tonight was rumored to be the best party of the SBIFF, somehow related to it being an event for Quebecers and maybe they know how to party?

It definitely was a party in honor of Quebec filmmakers. But the food was not Quebecan, it was locally catered by Chef Brenda Simon who also runs the Museum Cafe at the Santa Barbara Museum of Art.
