I don’t write much about issues of hunger (real issues, I mean, not “I’m hungry, what awesome place will I schlep my privileged self off to today”), or the issues surrounding food policy, but I do think about it and try to stay on top of the current events. And I will tell you the [...] Ohai! A brief update here, I’m currently in Beijing, hunkered down in the lobby of a hotel, I think it might be around 4 am, so thanks for that, jetlag. It looks like my access to social media, like facebook or twitter, is restricted. Access to my blog and gmail appears to function as normal, [...] Someone in a restaurant recently approached me and asked if I was lemonjelly. I would never deny that, but it has traditionally not been my style to be pro-active about it either. That’s partially why I posted under the pseudonym to begin with. So, I’m flattered that my food chatter has garnered attention, and took [...] And now a departure from food. And I am serious about Cool Whip not being food. Anyway, we needed a break from work, and someone had brought in their lunch inside a Cool Whip container. McMarko had a brief Tourettes moment. Enjoy |
