Let’s start.

I’m a Santa Barbara native who has combined botanical and horticultural education with a passionate desire to travel. There’s a nasty rumor going around that I may have been a botanist at one time, but they might be confusing me with orchids.

I spin poi and hula hoop with mad abandon. I have an obscene amount of party clothing that I need more excuses to wear. I’ve been known to jump. I like fishing and I enjoy eating the fish even more. I’m always looking for new food experiences. I love talking about food, exotic places, foreign films and kitsch. Food. It’s a good thing. In fact, it’s all good. “Fat Pizza pizza – they’re big and they’re cheesy.”
