Pavlova

Pavlova doesn’t seem to be so popular here, but it is a standard dessert I had in Australia and New Zealand.
It’s simply meringue, whipped cream and fresh fruit. The fruit here is pitted cherries, sliced plum and mint sprigs.

This one became a housewarming gift for the Thompson’s. Eaten in their new back garden!
